You are responsible for account activity, credential confidentiality, and keeping contact details up to date.
If you suspect unauthorized use, notify f2file immediately.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant f2file only the rights needed to process files and provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights and permissions required for uploaded content.
Files are deleted according to applicable retention windows for each feature or plan.
Some features require paid subscriptions or consumable credits.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically by billing period until canceled.
You authorize charges through your selected payment method and provider.
You may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation normally applies at the end of the active billing period.
Refunds are available where required by law or under explicit money-back conditions.
Where local law grants withdrawal rights, those rights apply according to legal deadlines and conditions.
f2file and its licensors own all rights in the Service, software, branding, interfaces, and related materials.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit protected elements except as expressly allowed.
f2file may provide support channels and maintenance updates.
Service availability may vary by region, platform, connectivity, or legal constraints.
f2file may modify or discontinue features for security, legal, or operational reasons.
f2file may investigate suspicious activity, payment fraud, abuse, or threats.
Accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended where misuse is reasonably detected.
The Service may include links or integrations with third-party providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an as is and as available basis.
f2file is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law.
f2file is not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, or regulatory actions.
These Terms apply from acceptance until terminated by you or f2file.
f2file may suspend or terminate access where Terms are breached, payment fails, or continued provision becomes unlawful.
These Terms are governed by applicable law indicated in f2file legal notices.
If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.
